GlenNest

GlenNest is a reusable, adjustable earplug designed to help reduce everyday noise. It features three adjustable modes, giving you flexibility for different environments and listening preferences.

It is not an electronic earbud. It is designed for noise management, not for playing music, making calls, or connecting to your phone. No Bluetooth connection or charging is needed if your product is the non-electronic version shown on this page.

GlenNest is designed to reduce some surrounding noise, but it does not eliminate all sounds. How much noise you notice depends on the selected mode, how well the earplugs fit, and the environment.

You may still hear people speaking and other sounds around you, although they may sound quieter. GlenNest does not guarantee that speech or important sounds will remain clear in every situation.

For safety, do not rely on the earplugs to hear alarms, traffic, announcements, or other warnings. They should not be treated as certified hearing protection unless the product documentation confirms the relevant rating and certification.

Comfort and fit vary from person to person. Before ordering, check the product photos and specifications for the included sizes or fitting components.

For the best fit, follow the fitting instructions supplied with your earplugs. They should feel secure without causing pain or excessive pressure. If they feel uncomfortable or do not fit securely, remove them and check the instructions.

To insert:

1. Wash and dry your hands.
2. Follow the product's fitting instructions and identify the correct orientation.
3. Gently position the earplug as instructed. Do not force it deep into your ear.
4. Check that it feels secure and comfortable.

To remove:

1. Gently loosen the earplug as directed in the product instructions.
2. Remove it slowly without pulling forcefully.
3. Clean and store it according to the manufacturer's care instructions.

Never force an earplug into your ear or use sharp objects to remove it. Stop if you experience pain or discomfort.

We offer free shipping throughout the United Arab Emirates, including all seven emirates.

• Processing time: Usually 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Estimated delivery: 7–12 days after dispatch.
• Tracking: Tracking information will be provided after your order has been dispatched.
• Payment: Orders must be prepaid; cash on delivery is not available.

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer rights.

Approved returns arranged through the GlenNest return process include free return shipping. Please contact us before sending an item back so we can guide you through the process.

Because earplugs are personal-use products, hygiene conditions may apply to opened or used items. However, this does not remove any applicable rights relating to products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
