There is no shipping fee for eligible UAE delivery addresses. Your shipping charge should appear as AED 0 at checkout. Please review your order summary before completing payment.

Processing time is separate from delivery time. During busy periods or unforeseen circumstances, processing may take longer than expected.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you can expect delivery within the estimated timeframe below.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery across the UAE is 7–12 days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier operations, public holidays and other circumstances outside our control. This timeframe is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.
Please allow for both order processing and delivery when planning your purchase. We do not promise same-day or next-day delivery.

GlenNest currently accepts prepaid orders through the payment methods available at checkout.
Payment must be completed successfully before your order can be processed. Cash on delivery is not currently available.

Our free-shipping offer applies to delivery addresses within the United Arab Emirates. We do not currently guarantee shipping availability or pricing for international destinations under this policy.
